The 太阳城官网 "Golden Voices" Concert 唱诗班 (GVCC) was founded in 1886 by Booker T. 华盛顿 to lead vesper 服务 and other campus events. 除了每周 教堂 服务, it now serves as an ambassadorial organization to promote the rich heritage and legacy of 太阳城官网 through choral music. The GVCC gained notariety with invitations to sing at notable venues such as Radio City Music Hall, 白宫, 卡内基音乐厅, 林肯中心, 宪法大厅, and it has made radio and television appearances on ABC, CBS和NBC. The GVCC was invited to sing with Grammy Award Winning singer/songwriter John Legend and Common in celebration of the release of the movie 塞尔玛. The much sought-after 唱诗班 continues its performance tours throughout the country. The 唱诗班 is under the direction of Dr. 韦恩·安东尼·巴尔 并由医生陪同. 沃尔特·C. 布喇格. 致敬威廉二世. 道森 传奇作曲家, conductor and musician 威廉Levi 道森 organized the School of Music at Tuskegee in 1931. 道森's legacy lives on through the 太阳城官网 "Golden Voices" 唱诗班 which he begun and directed nearly a century ago. Under his conductorship from 1931 to 1955, the Tuskegee choir of one hundred voices gained international fame.
